The Center selects students with GPA surpassing B+. These students are also required to pass English and major examinations. The Center focuses on the preparation for various state-run qualification examinations. The Center consists of 4 classes; Judicial Examination, Administrative Examination, Accountant Examination, and Tax-Administrator Examination. The operation of each class is supported by the University funds.
 
 


Selected studentsresiding in dormitory can use a laundromat and bathing facilities. Students of excellent academic standing in mock examinations are granted various scholarships. Two students had successfully passed the judicial State Examination in 1995.
