The University of Suwon provides Study
Abroad Program (SAP) for students who want to continue their
academic achievements at three sister universities in the
United States;
University of Utah, Utah State University and University of
Nevada, Reno. Based on their SAT and English proficiency at
the beginning of the first year, excellent applicants are
selected and trained two years of course work at the University
of Suwon. |

They are required to take courses of English and
various subjects in general education and their major. They
are suggested to take a TOEFL exam, two or three semesters
after initiation at SAP. After hey complete two-year courses
with satisfactory academic performance, they transfer to one
of the sister universities for continuing studies at the undergraduate
level. They are also encouraged to proceed to graduate program
to further academic goals. SAP provides students with a good
chance to study at an American university and enhance exchanges
of curricula and students with sister universities.
